At Allure Medspa we take pride in the extensive training and experience of our 8 registered nurse injectors. All of our nurses go through rigorous training and certification to develop the techniques and skills required to perform treatments. The nurse injectors at Allure Medspa enjoy building relationships with their clients and personalizing each treatment to meet their clients’ needs. Natalie grew up in the East Valley and currently lives in Gilbert, AZ with her husband and 3 daughters. She graduated nursing school in 2008 and prior to working at Allure was an ER nurse for 10 years. She has worked in hospitals across the valley including Banner Desert and Banner Thunderbird. She received her aesthetic nursing certificate in 2008 from the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale. In Natalie’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and her three Dachshunds. Natalie will complete her graduate degree as a family nurse practitioner at the end of this year.
Kelly is a an Arizona native and our skincare specialist at our flagship Scottsdale location. She has been a licensed cosmetologist since January 2012 and specializes in skincare and aesthetics. During her 4 years working alongside our experienced nurse injectors at Allure Kelly’s passion for aesthetics has grown. She offers skincare services, including customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and more! Kelly has extensive knowledge of all the treatments offered at Allure. She enjoys continuing her education and strives to always improve her knowledge on the latest and most efficient treatments. Kelly has received several certifications and attended advanced classes with Skin Script, PCA Skin, Eminence Organinc Skin Care, VI Peel, and several others. She loves working one on one with her clients and helping them achieve their skincare goals. Kelly aspires to create lasting connections with all of her clients.
Cece is a native of Arizona. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University. Cece began as a neurological/ telemetry nurse at Barrow’s Neurological Institute. After a year, she found a real interest in nursing aesthetics. Cece has been drawn to helping others holistically; physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. When combined the two areas of nursing, she knew she had found the perfect balance and real passion in life, in addition to my beautiful daughter. Cece strives to every day continue on with educating not only herself in the most updated forms of aesthetics but also educating others.
Debbie has 30 plus years of working in the medical field, she was grateful to have finally found her greatest passion in the field of aesthetic injections and facial contouring. Debbie has found there is no single approach to this type of care so each one of her clients is treated with individuality and uniqueness. Paying particular attention to giving them an enhanced, softer and very natural look. “Everyone will notice, no one will know” Debbie has educate herself monthly with the newest advancements and have many modalities to offer including a wide array of fillers specializing in “off label” but very necessary areas of treatment. She also have much knowledge with PDO threading, PRP, and education on proper skin care.
Lisa is from Illinois, she moved to Arizona on 2008. She attended nursing school at Rockford College in Illinois and graduated in 2004. She obtained her Cosmetic Injection certification in 2015 here in Scottsdale. She joined the Allure team in June of 2016. She lives at home with her dog Sadie, such a great pup! She enjoys hiking, running and scuba diving in her leisure time.
Ruth has been a nurse for 6 years, she spent most of that time in labor and delivery. Ruth received her associates degree from Gateway Community College and received her bachelors from ASU. Ruth is currently working on getting her Masters at GCU. Her injectable certification and training was completed with Dr. Richard Burgmeier. Ruth has four handsome boys that keep her very busy when she is not at work.
Lori graduated from Phoenix College with her Nursing degree in 2008 and started working on a neurology/urology unit right out of school. After working in the hospital setting for a while, she needed a change of pace. In the fall of 2013, Lori got her certification to do Botox, Dysport and Dermal fillers from National Laser Institute and has been doing injectables ever since. She specializes in lip fillers and loves learning the latest injection techniques to help give her clients the look they’ve always wanted. When she is not caring for her clients, she enjoys traveling, baking, movies, and spending time with her husband and their rescue dog, Ellie.
